Who we are

VINIFERA is an event organizad by Centrifuga Association, set up in 2017 as a research, support and social development project aimed at promoting local culture. Located in Rovereto, the association also has branches across the Trentino region and beyond.

Their key values are experience and the economy of relations, aimed at boosting the sustainable use of the area to protect local communities and the environment.

The association is named after the Italian word ‘centrifuga’, referred to a spin cycle movement from small centers to suburbs, discovering local production and sustainable practices.
