Vinifera 2023 – The Market Exhibition

Vinifera 2023 was the fifth edition of the event dedicated to the guardians of the Alpine Arc, winemakers, and artisans of taste who work on the peaks and slopes of this imposing mountain range, both in Italy and beyond.

In addition to producers from the Italian Alpine region, from Valle d’Aosta to Friuli Venezia Giulia, this edition also featured small, sustainable producers from France, Austria, Switzerland, and Slovenia, offering an even more complete experience in the world of high-altitude viticulture.

A special guest of Vinifera 2023 was the volcanic wines of Mount Etna, born from a harsh and rocky land that stretches out to kiss a deep blue sea.

The Winemakers of Vinifera 2023

Female and male winemakers united by their choice to work with a deep focus on the land and the people who live there, incorporating sustainability costs into their business models to make their practices and products as sustainable as possible.

Authentic winemakers have accompanied us on this oenological journey, true cultural artisans who combine expertise and character. By sharing their choices and daily actions, they have told the story of their wine and their land, because making wine also means combining culture and nature.

Cibo Vinifera 2021

For Vinifera, we have chosen to rely on small yet significant producers and local restaurateurs to satisfy your appetites and curiosity. These are businesses made up of people who establish a deep connection with the land, shaped by past traditions while meeting contemporary needs: authentic flavors, short supply chains, conscious identities, a love for simplicity, a pursuit of quality, and a blend of knowledge and ideas.

Public Award “La Picca d’Oro”
